Course Programme

Time: HKFYWO (Division A) 4:15pm - 7:15pm Every Saturday; HKFYWO (Division B) 2:00pm - 4:00pm Every Saturday
Venue: 13C Waylee Industrial Centre, 30-38 Tsuen King Circuit, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
(next to Tsuen Wan Police Station / 5-min walk from the nearby Discovery Park)
Fee: HK$400 per month

Requirement for Application

Applicant for HKFYWO Division (A) should be of age 12-18 years old;
Applicant for HKFYWO Division (B) should be of age 8-12 years old.
Applicant for HKFYWO Division (A) should have a standard equivalent to Grade 5 or above of the Associated Board of Royal School Music;
Applicant for HKFYWO Division (B) should have a standard equivalent to Grade 3 or above of the Associated Board of Royal School Music.

Audition will be arranged upon receiving the application form at the course venue. Applicants have to prepare a piece of not more than 2 minutes for audition, scale playing and sight reading will also be examined. Notification of audition time will be made by phone in advance. Applicants are required to arrive the audition venue 15 minutes before the audition time.
Applicants should prepare their own musical instrument except the Tuba (full size Yamaha YBB321 BBb only), Double Bass and Percussion.
Please send the completed application form and a crossed cheque for application fee HK$20, made payable to “Hong Kong Festival Wind Orchestra” to the HKFWO Administrative Manager, 13C Way Lee Industrial Centre, 30-38 Tsuen King Circuit, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
Application Fee is non-refundable.
